Tiger Woods is Feeling Good and Prepared for TPC

Tiger Woods is feeling confident about his neck issue as he gears up for the challenging TPC Sawgrass in March ahead of The Players Championship.

When asked about his readiness for the tournament, Woods expressed his unique position by stating, “I’ve been between 6 iron and 5 iron on 17 to hit the shot, not too many people can say that unless they played in March,” with a smile.

Regarding his recent neck discomfort, Woods reassured, “It’s not hurting now,” he explained, “It was just gradually getting worse…and that’s just because my lower back is fused.”

Reflecting on the progression of his neck issue, Woods mentioned, “It started a little bit at LA, but wasn’t a worry,” however, he acknowledged that it became “tighter as I played more holes in Mexico.”
