After a pause in sports due to the coronavirus pandemic, ESPN is bringing back live baseball games. However, in 2020, it won’t be Major League Baseball featured on ESPN.

ESPN has recently reached an agreement with the Korea Baseball Organization to air six games weekly from the KBO.

The broadcasts are scheduled to kick off on Tuesday with the Samsung Lions facing the NC Dinos on opening day. The game will start early at 1 a.m. Eastern Time.

ESPN will also cover the KBO playoffs and the best-of-seven championship. The games will be called by Karl Ravech, Jessica Mendoza, Eduardo Perez, Boog Sciambi, and Kyle Peterson from their home studios.

Strict social distancing measures are observed at the games, meaning no spectators will be allowed. Players will undergo temperature checks before entering the stadium, and umpires will wear masks.
