Donald Cowboy Cerrone is facing uncertainties about the future of his BMF Ranch once he retires from his fighting career. While he is open to selling it, the question remains – who would be interested in buying it? The land where the ranch is situated was initially purchased by Cerrone’s grandfather and has undergone significant changes over time. Initially, it had just one building consisting of a storehouse and a small garage.

Cerrone shared that he relocated from Colorado in search of a place where he could pursue his hobbies like riding bikes, tending to horses, and practicing shooting. Upon finding a suitable property, he promptly contacted his grandfather to inform him of his discovery. His grandfather wasted no time and agreed to visit the site immediately.

Accompanied by his grandmother, they visited the location. His grandmother boldly approached the owner and expressed Cerrone’s interest in purchasing the place. She handed over the necessary cash to the owner, facilitating the acquisition of the property for her grandson. Since then, the 10-acre land has served as Cerrone’s base of operations and leisure.

Despite its significance, Cerrone does not view the ranch merely as a part of his legacy. Instead, he regards it as the result of his hard work and dedication. He believes that others may overlook his contributions, viewing him simply as a passing cowboy. However, he feels a need for change, seeing his quest for the UFC championship as a crucial step in securing his place in the sport’s history.
