President Donald Trump will be present at game five of the World Series as the Washington Nationals take on the Houston Astros. This is a convenient situation for Trump as he can easily access the game without much expense on fuel.
With both teams tied at two wins each, the fifth game will be crucial in determining the series’ direction.
Contrary to tradition, Trump will not be throwing the ceremonial first pitch but is expected to arrive after the game has begun.
MLB commissioner Rob Manfred clarified that this decision was made to prevent any disruptions to the fans’ entry into the stadium. Manfred praised the President’s choice, saying it was well-considered.
