Kai Trump recently threw some playful shade at her grandfather, Donald Trump, during a golf outing, featuring in an advertisement for an energy drink that challenges his go-to soda brand.
The youngest grandchild of the former president, Kai is currently a student at the University of Miami and actively participates in golf.
This week, she debuted in a commercial for Accelerator Active Energy, where she took the opportunity to poke fun at her granddad.
The advertisement features the 18-year-old striking a golf ball before making her way to a cart, where she opens a cooler revealing both a can of Accelerator Active Energy and a can of Diet Coke, Donald Trump’s drink of choice.
Instead of opting for the latter, she grabs the energy drink, taking a sip and flashing a grin as she coyly announces, “Sorry, Grandpa.”
Kai Trump Racking Up Major Endorsement Deals
Kai, the daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa, has rapidly gained significant traction online over the last year, frequently sharing her golf experiences.
Her rise as one of the country’s most recognized student-athletes has led to numerous endorsement agreements, including the collaboration with Accelerator Active Energy, placing her alongside notable figures such as former LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
Regarding her partnership with the energy drink, she expressed to FOX, “Well, I love energy drinks. My whole life I have loved energy drinks and I actually ordered them on Amazon not too long ago.”
In addition, she has secured a partnership with TaylorMade Golf, which is also tied to golf stars like Rory McIlroy and Nelly Korda, and earlier in the year, she signed with Leaf Trading Cards.
