Matthew Stafford continues his winning streak off the field by purchasing two lavish homes from the famous hip hop artist Drake for a whopping $11 million. Reports from The Wall Street Journal reveal that the Los Angeles Rams quarterback went above and beyond, paying $3.6 million more than the initial asking price for these two adjacent ranch-style residences located in Hidden Hills.

As detailed in the listing by the Beverly Hills Estates real estate agency, the first property spans 3,600 square feet and boasts features like a pizza oven, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a heated pool, along with an 800-square-foot guest house. The second property, sprawling over nearly 2,400 square feet with three bedrooms, sits on a 2-acre plot offering ample outdoor entertainment space.

The Stafford family now boasts three properties in California.

Stafford, the top overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, spent 12 seasons with the Detroit Lions before joining the Rams in a trade last year.

Following his move, Stafford made a remarkable impact, leading his new team to Super Bowl victory in his debut season and achieving personal records with 4,886 passing yards and 41 touchdown passes.

Soon after his Super Bowl triumph, Stafford signed a lucrative four-year, $160 million contract with the Rams, securing his star status in the league.
