The Fox ALCS Postgame Show Struggles to Overcome Crowd Chants
Despite facing challenges in muting the crowd during their ALCS postgame show on Monday night, Fox opted to have their studio crew stationed outside Fenway Park on Tuesday night.
The crowd was once again rowdy with explicit chants, making it difficult for Fox to drown out chants like “FCK YOU A-ROD” and “FCK ALTUVE.” Additionally, there were loud chants directed at President Joe Biden.
The Red Sox fans’ strong feelings towards the President contrasts with their team’s performance against the Astros. In a disappointing turn of events, the Red Sox allowed the Astros to score seven runs in the ninth inning, resulting in a 9-2 loss and tying the series.
As of Wednesday, the Astros are leading 7-0 in the 7th inning, posing a threat to take a 3-2 lead and potentially secure a win as they prepare to return to Minute Maid Park on Friday.
