The intense 911 call involving the woman accusing Delmon Young of domestic violence has been obtained by TMZ Sports. In the call, the woman can be heard screaming and claiming that Young was attempting to harm her.
“The police audio, which TMZ Sports has obtained, captures the woman urgently seeking help as she reports that Young was causing chaos in her Florida residence.”
“He destroyed my TV and physically assaulted me,” she disclosed. She went on to say, “I am covered in blood.”
Young also contacted the police during the incident.
“She attacked me and started causing trouble,” Young mentioned in his call, and continued, “I am just trying to stay away from her.”
Young had a successful career in MLB from 2006 to 2015, notably winning the ALCS MVP award while playing for the Detroit Tigers in 2012. Throughout his time in the league, he accumulated 109 home runs and boasted a .283 batting average.
