Robert Kraft has had the charges related to his involvement in an Asian Spa sex case dropped for the second time in two years. And no, not in that way. Let’s keep it clean, folks.
Prosecutors in Florida made the decision to drop the prostitution charges that were filed last year against Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots, as reported by TMZ.
State attorney David Aronberg stated in court documents, “Although there was probable cause to make an arrest, the evidence was insufficient to support a criminal prosecution as it couldn’t prove all legally required elements of the alleged crime.”
The charges were initially brought against Kraft in 2019 along with dozens of other men as part of a crackdown on illegal massage parlors and human trafficking in Florida. The 79-year-old was accused of two counts of soliciting another person for prostitution.
Although there were recordings of the sexual activities, the court ruled against using the video evidence during the trial.
