Many reporters who were present at the preseason game between Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder have tweeted that fans who were present at the match had reportedly booed Thibodeau at the introductions of the pre-game.
Jon Krawczynski, a reporter from The Athletic, wrote on Twitter that “There are not many people here for Wolves-OKC” He also wrote, “But there were audible boos when Tom Thibodeau was introduced.” Erik Horne. OKC beat reporter also corroborated on Krawczynski’s Twitter account. Erik wrote “No waaaaay. Heard some boos for Tom Thibodeau in intros here at the Target Center,”
Most of the reports which came out from Minnesota suggested that none of the team members has reportedly offered anything regarding what is it that they need to do for their star player Jimmy Butler. In the meantime, Butler has allegedly suggested a few of his favourite teams, and he’d love it if he gets landed in one of those teams – Clippers, Heat, Knicks and Nets but sadly none of these teams has offered Butler enough to join them.
When Tom Thibodeau was reportedly asked about the trade talks, he said that he doesn’t have any intention to make a bad deal.
The Chronicle has not only put Thibodeau in a wrong spot with random fans instead, but the team owner of his Minnesota Timberwolves is also in bad terms with the coach as the team owner is also reportedly pushing a deal which would lead Butler getting out of the team and the town as soon as possible.
