Tristan Thompson hearts as optimistic as ever. The professional Canadian baseball player is perfectly convinced that the Cleveland Cavaliers are still the leading team that other teams will find hard to beat in the Eastern Conference given the fact that LeBron James has left the team in the offseason.
The media outlets had a conversation with Thompson on Thursday, and during the conversation, Thompson grew progressively upset over their implication that the best years of Cavaliers were behind them when LeBron left the team. Tristan Thompson kept the revelation aside as long and he could before telling something.
Thompson tweeted that Tristan Thompson: “We’re still 4-time Eastern Conference champions, so until you take us down from that, teams ain’t got much to say. Boston, Philly, they ain’t got much to say. The stance made by Thompson about Cavaliers, and beating the team this year based on the team’s performance in the last season is nevertheless correct. But there is one significant admonition about the theory that Thompson has reportedly highlighted and that is – Cleveland Cavaliers do not have the planet’s best basketball player on their roster. The Eastern conference is a top-heavy conference which has become wide open after the Toronto Raptors, Indiana Pacers, Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers and Milwaukee Bucks.
According to the NBA Playoffs Odds of ESPN that was posted back in August, the Cleveland Cavaliers have an estimated 7.3 per cent chance of making past the postseason.
The Cleveland Cavaliers were at rock bottom when LeBron joined the team. After LeBron came back to the team, they won the Eastern Conference 4 times in a row.
Expect Tristan Thompson everyone is well aware of the fact that Cavaliers are pretty much done as far as competition is considered.
