A TV station in Chicago had to say sorry for using P.F Chang in the Olympic graphics shown on TV instead of PyeongChang. PyeongChang is the name of the South Korean County who will be hosting the Olympic Games this year. P.F Chang is the name of an Asian restaurant chain that has over 200 locations in the United States along with several others in the Chicago region.
According to the reports, A news host from the Chicago’s ABC affiliate read the news graphic was created junior for a different satirical piece but was put together on Friday by the sports anchor Mark Giangreco where the viewers what supposed to invent their own Olympic sports but the news was mistakenly used for the serious new story that became viral on Saturday.
The news anchor had to apologize for is extremely made mistake; the screenshot was taken of the news which went viral. A detailed video was also taken out of the news which was circulated all over the internet where the graphic hovers by Rivera as he read the news, ” another sign that North and South Korea are working on the diplomatic relationship: Kim Jong-un invited South Korean President to his country.
