Miles Teller is looking to put behind the incident where he was punched in the face during a vacation, but the story continues to attract attention due to his connection with Aaron Rodgers and his fiancée while dealing with issues involving the Green Bay Packers.
Pat McAfee made a remark about the incident, showing a clip from WWE “Smackdown” where a performer delivers a strong uppercut and jokingly commented that “Miles Teller didn’t even get hit that hard.”
“I got jumped by two guys in a bathroom. Never met them before in my life but ya cool wrestling segue bud,” the actor responded.
Teller saw the tweet and fired back:
“Miles.. I apologize for not knowing the whole story. I will fix my position and make it right… with that being said, it was a pretty good segue,” McAfee responded.

A report from TMZ on Friday stated that Teller was attacked at a restaurant in Maui by a wedding planner who claimed Teller owed him $60,000 for services at his 2019 Maui wedding.
Teller’s spouse, Sperry Teller, disputed the story, stating, “The reported story of Miles being punched by @TMZ over ‘money’ is entirely false.”
“Miles was attacked by 2 unfamiliar men in a bathroom. It appears these men have targeted multiple individuals, and we appreciate Maui’s support. This is now a criminal investigation.”
