**Hank Aaron Passes Away at 86 in His Sleep**

**Hank Aaron**, a legendary player in Major League Baseball, passed away at the age of 86. His long-time team, the Atlanta Braves, announced his peaceful death while he was sleeping. The exact cause of his passing has not been disclosed.

Aaron is renowned for his historic achievement in breaking the MLB home runs record previously held by Babe Ruth in 1974. He held this record for over thirty years until Barry Bonds surpassed it in 2007.

In his most recent public appearance about two weeks ago, Aaron received the Covid-19 vaccine. He used this opportunity to encourage the African-American community to have faith in the safety of the vaccine.

Throughout his impressive 23-year career in baseball, Aaron was affectionately known as “Hammerin’ Hank.” He made history at Atlanta Stadium by hitting his 715th home run, breaking Ruth’s previous record. Despite Bonds exceeding his total with 762 home runs, many still consider Aaron as the true home run king, as Bonds faced allegations of using illegal substances.

Aaron concluded his career with a remarkable 755 home runs. He never harbored any ill feelings towards Bonds for surpassing his record.

“I simply aimed to play the game the way it should be played,” Aaron remarked.
