For example, the case of Breonna Taylor.

LeBron James and the Lakers made sure to keep her memory alive by wearing hats bearing the message “Make America Arrest The Cops That Killed Breonna Taylor” before Game 1.

Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old African-American emergency medical technician, was tragically shot and killed by Louisville Metro Police Department officers Jonathan Mattingly, Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove on March 13, 2020.

During the execution of a no-knock search warrant, three plainclothes officers entered her apartment, only to find that the individuals they were seeking were already in custody.

Breonna Taylor was shot a devastating eight times.
