Dwayne Haskins had a disappointing rookie season that he, his team, and the entire NFL are well aware of. Despite this, Haskins has been making significant efforts to improve his game.

The former Ohio State player’s recent weight loss journey serves as an inspiration to others, demonstrating his dedication and readiness for the upcoming 2020 season.

Haskins has been diligently training to shed pounds, revealing that he has lost around 17 pounds since he was drafted in 2019, with 10 of those pounds lost in the most recent offseason alone.

A recent tweet by Rhiannon Walker highlights Haskins’ weight loss progress, stating that he currently weighs 218 pounds, down from 228 during his winter training and 235 when he was drafted. Haskins credits cutting out toxins from his life as a key factor in achieving his weight loss goals.

Photos shared on his Instagram showcase Haskins’ physical transformation.

The Washington Redskins struggled last season, finishing with a 3-13 record, while Haskins held a 2-5 record as a starting quarterback. He threw for 1,365 yards, seven touchdowns, and seven interceptions, completing 58.6 percent of his passes.
