Earlier in April, Iyanna Mayweather made headlines for getting arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing a young woman during a confrontation at a rapper’s house.
The victim, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, was involved in an argument with YaYa that day and ended up being stabbed twice. When emergency medical technicians (EMTs) arrived, Jacobs was found on the floor. She was taken to the hospital and is currently recovering at home.

As per the legal documents, the 19-year-old faces a potential sentence of up to 99 years in state prison and a $10,000 fine.
