The Dallas Cowboys have restarted discussions with Dak Prescott after having applied the exclusive franchise tag on him recently. The team has a deadline of July 15 to come to an agreement with Prescott. Should they fail to do so, Prescott will be required to play the upcoming 2020 season under the terms of the franchise tag.
