It seems like Todd Gurley’s time with the Los Angeles Rams could be coming to an end.
According to a report from Pro Football Talk on Thursday, the Rams are currently exploring the possibility of trading the running back.
Gurley is facing a looming $7.55 million roster bonus deadline on Friday.
Back in 2018, the 25-year-old signed a lucrative 4-year, $60 million extension with the Rams after a stellar performance on the field. However, his subsequent underwhelming season in 2019, coupled with reports of knee arthritis, have fueled speculations about the team’s interest in parting ways with him.
In the 2019 season, Gurley played in 15 games but managed only 857 rushing yards on 223 carries. He also had 31 receptions for 207 receiving yards and scored a total of 14 touchdowns.
