According to a recent report by Deadspin, Robert Sarver, the owner of the Phoenix Suns, was considering moving the team to Las Vegas or Seattle if public financing for renovations to their current arena was not supported by the city of Phoenix.
During a city council meeting, Sarver faced criticism from a passionate Phoenix Suns fan. However, following these events, Sarver released a video statement assuring fans that the team will not be relocating, stating, “The Phoenix Suns are not leaving.”
