The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum recently introduced a special limited edition bobblehead featuring Tyler Trent. Tyler Trent, a 20-year-old former Purdue student and dedicated fan, is bravely battling bone cancer. His inspiring story gained national recognition following the Boilermakers’ victory over Ohio State last month, leading to increased support and donations for cancer research. The bobblehead, created in his honor, aims to continue raising funds for this cause.

Proceeds from the sale of each bobblehead, priced at $5, will be donated to two charities personally chosen by Tyler: the V Foundation for Cancer Research and the Tyler Trent Cancer Research Endowment. Despite initially gaining fame within the Purdue community, Tyler’s story has resonated globally, including a feature on ESPN. His accurate prediction of Purdue’s victory over Ohio State further contributed to his growing popularity.

Phil Sklar, founder of the Bobblehead Hall of Fame Museum, likened Tyler’s bobblehead to those of other revered figures like Sister Jean, highlighting the special connection people feel with these representations. The bobbleheads went on presale on their website starting Thursday morning, symbolizing support for Tyler and his impactful message.
