The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) reportedly voted to indefinitely extend temporary suspensions on both Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor following the brawl at their UFC 229 fight. Nevada Deputy Attorney General, Carolyn Bateman, informed the NSAC that it could suspend both fighters for life and fine them 100% of the fight purse.
It doesn’t appear fines will be imposed as the NSAC also voted today to release half of the $2 million purse to Nurmagomedov.
McGregor and Nurmagomedov both have disciplinary hearings with the Commission in December when the punishments will be determined.
