Griffin faced his worst night after his first loss with Pistons

On Friday, the Detroit wasn’t able to impress their fans and besides the unbeaten run of Black Griffin the Detroit ended with a thud and they were like a machine without any lubricant. As per the report, Lou Williams scored 26 points, the Griffin faced his first loss with pistons as the Loss Angeles beaten the Detroit with 108-95 in the Friday match. In past, the Piston has won five matches consecutively and Griffin had played in four of those matches. However, trading the star forward to Detroit ls week didn’t affect the Clippers.

After the match, Griffin stated “We didn’t, obviously, play the way we wanted to. I didn’t play the way I wanted to. But that’s the NBA. We had a good five-game run, and we’ll get back to work tomorrow.”

The Friday night came as an off night for the player. He had managed to score 19 points and shot 7 of 19 from the field. It was like the team was not able to move forward and faded down the stretch. Due to the poor performance of the team, after three quarters the piston led the match with 80-77 point and in the fourth quarter, they scored only 15 points.

The main players Tobias Harris and Avery Bradly abled to scored 12 points and 10 points respectively. The Clippers acquired them in the deal due to which Griffin traded to Detroit.

Recently joined the Los Angeles after recovering from a right ankle injury, Austin Rivers had scored 16 points for the team. Since trading of Griffin, the Clippers have won 11 matches from 15 matches and are 3-1.

When they were first introduced in the starting lineup, the Detroit fans cheered for Bradly and Harris with standing ovation but later the thing got changed. During the match, Griffin and Bradley were hit with five technical fouls in the first quarter as they both were struggling for rebounding position. Griffin found headed toward the locker room after the end of the match.
