Joel Embiid starts his first back-to-back games; the Sixers now in perfect rhythm

After Saturday’s match Philadelphia’s game in Indiana, he and some of the teammates will join Eagles nation in Minneapolis for the Super Bowl.

Embiid, a native of Cameroon, stated, “I’ve heard that’s the biggest event in American sports.” He further stated “I want to feel that experience. I want to mix it up. Go in the suite. Then sit in the stands. I want to feel like a regular person to do that.”

He has scored 17 points and 11 rebounds in his first career game which lead the 76ers to win over the Miami Heat with the score 103-97.

The Sixers cloaked the Wells Fargo Center in green — from the giveaway “Brotherly Love” T-shirts imprinted with the Sixers and Eagles logos to the balloons.

The big day was kick-started at the same stadium where Philly’s competitive eating competition Wing Bowl hosted. In that competition, Molly Schuyler created a record by eating 501 chicken wings in 30 minutes. He won the third Wing Bowl. The biggest win for the Sixers for right now is that Embiid is all set and ready to play the game on consecutive nights for the first time.

Embiid said “I feel like I’ve been ready. I’m going to feel like an NBA player. Taking days off in the NBA is not that easy.” When he was selected to play his first All-Star team, he missed his first two seasons due to some injuries.

Sixers rookie Ben Simmons stated that the team is now in perfect format and rhythm. Now, the entry of Embiid has given more rhythm to the team.

As per the data, in the Eastern Conference playoff standing, the Sixers are currently ranked eighth.
