Coach starts with Dejounte Murray in place of Tony Parker, Parker says no issue with that

Tony Parker’s gameplay careers now under uncertainty after, after the Spurs coach Gregg Popovich started the game with Dejounte Murray in place of Tony Parker at point guard position. Tony Parker has been paying for the San Antonio Spurs for many years, and he met with coach Popovich before the loss against the Indiana Pacers where the coach told him “I thought it was time to enter the game with someone else.

After that, the coach went with Dejounte Murray to play at point guard.   Parker came off the bench and that for the 21st time in his 17 years of career and it was first time against the Dallas Mavericks since the 2010 playoffs.

Commented on the decision of the coach, Parker said: “Oh, no problem”. He also stated that, if the coach thinks something that will be good for the team, then he will support the decision and he will also help to Murray in the game.

On 27th November, Tony Parker returned to the game when the team defeated the Mavericks. Before that had under medication and was undergoing surgery for a torn quadriceps tendon since May. He has spent around seven months for treatment. However, Parker stated that he is now focusing more on the leg as it will take two months more to get perfectly fine.

In the previous games, Parker had scored 9 of 32 for 22 points and 15 assists. In the match played against the Pacers, Parker managed to score 12 points on 5 of 10 wins five assists. He has also achieved 500th career 3-pointers and created history by registering his name among four players in NBA who has been achieved 500 3-pointers. They are LeBron James, Gary Payton, and John Stockton.  Parker is now waiting for his turn when he would play the game.
