Dirk Koetter will be the coach for Buccaneers for 2018 season: Report

Even though the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has faced s disappointing season this year, the buccaneer’s team is decided to keep Dirk Koetter as its coach. In his first season, Dirck Koetter had led the Buccaneers to score 9-7 record in 2016. It also included a five-game winning streak of this season. The team had failed to make the playoffs by one game.  After a long seven years, i.e., 2010, this was their first winning season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tampa Bay’s 2016 season has raised many expectations for 2017.  Tampa Bay comes with an upgraded team. During the training camp, the Tampa Bay had able to grab the attention by coming out on HBO’s hard knocks.

Well, the season was not good for some of the team players. Winston has faced a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder. For this, he has missed three games in this season.

Winston stated that he had taught him a lot, especially in playing quarterback. Spending time in the quarterback room with Dirk Koetter and Coach Mike Bajakian was like a family.

He further stated that “Everybody has their different characteristics, but at the end of the day we all love each other.”

However, the news about the return of Dirk Koetter to the team for 2018 season has surprised others. It was believed that Jon Gruden would be coaching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 2018 season.  Jon Gruden is the winning coach of the Super Bowl. A few days back Gruden stated that Said Gruden on the possibility of returning to coaching, “I’ve got a job I’m trying to hang onto. I love football, I love what I’m doing, and I can’t control all the reports.”

With this, Koetter will be the first Buccaneers coach who will reach the third season since 2011. Well, two players named Lovie Smith who led the Buccaneers to an 8-24 in 2014-15, and Greg Schiano 11-21 in 2012-13 has been fired from the team after last two seasons.
