Max Kellerman Reveals Exciting New Job Opportunity

Sports enthusiasts are buzzing with excitement following the news that Max Kellerman is finally returning to the spotlight after nearly two years in relative silence.

Once a beloved personality at ESPN, Kellerman stepped into the role formerly held by Skip Bayless alongside Stephen A. Smith on ‘First Take.’ However, he departed the show after Smith cited a lack of chemistry, leading to his eventual exit from the network.

Fortunately for Kellerman, his absence from the airwaves hasn’t impacted his bank account. The former rapper is still receiving a lucrative paycheck from The Worldwide Leader in Sports, as he remained under contract post-termination.

Though he’s been earning $5 million while staying away from broadcasting, there’s a catch: that salary will cease once he takes on a new role elsewhere.

It seems he’s ready to re-enter the fray. After all, even the most well-compensated professional can only enjoy time away from their passion for so long.

Kellerman will make his return to commentary on September 13, when he’ll cover the much-anticipated bout between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford in Las Vegas.

Fans Eagerly Anticipate Max Kellerman’s Comeback

Fans are thrilled with the announcement concerning Kellerman’s return. It’s clear that he has been missed in the boxing community.

“Love this for the sport,” one user expressed.

“Great pickup for the fight! Max Kellerman is an icon in the sport,” another commented enthusiastically.

“Now can we get Max and Marcellus back as a podcast or what? Max looks buff now, he might be able to wrestle Marcellus 🤣,” a fan humorously noted.

“Finally! Boxing is where Max is at his best,” a supporter stated.

“I’ve been calling for this since the day he left. 🥹 We truly are MBGA!” expressed another.

Despite the unconventional path his career took at ESPN, there’s little doubt that Kellerman will be highly sought after once he commits to a full-time position.
