Las Vegas has become a popular destination for celebrities, renowned chefs, athletes, and music stars from around the world.
Golf legend Tiger Woods is once again making headlines in the sport, this time by playing a significant role in Las Vegas’ latest attraction, PopStroke.
The iconic golfer plans to introduce his mini-golf and restaurant concept, PopStroke, at a location just off the Las Vegas Strip. The groundbreaking for a massive PopStroke complex at the Town Square shopping and dining complex, located south of the Las Vegas Strip, is scheduled for August 16.
“Founded in 2019, PopStroke is a technology-infused golf entertainment venue featuring a one-of-a-kind golf experience with two 18-hole putting courses created from the vision of Tiger Woods and his TGR Design team,”
According to a news release, the putting courses at PopStroke will be accompanied by a top-notch restaurant and bar, outdoor dining areas, various outdoor games, a playground, and an ice cream parlor.
PopStroke has announced that the Las Vegas venue is set to open in the first quarter of 2024. Additionally, they are adding 13 new locations, with most of them expected to open by the end of this year.
“PopStroke continues to use golf to bring families and friends together in a fun, welcoming environment,” said Woods.
The Las Vegas PopStroke facility will include 18 holes, a two-story restaurant, multiple bars, and an outdoor beer garden featuring various games such as corn hole and foosball, as reported by Casino.org.
PopStroke’s courses are designed with miniature versions of Augusta-like holes that incorporate fairways, bunkers, and roughs seen on traditional golf courses.
In addition, visitors to PopStroke can conveniently order food and drinks through the app for delivery while playing. The app also provides a scoring feature, eliminating the need for traditional mini-golf pencils.
PopStroke will face competition from Swingers Crazy Golf, a similar miniature golf and dining experience set to open inside Mandalay Bay next year. Furthermore, the MGM Grand, located three miles from Town Square, features Topgolf.
