The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up to unveil their revamped offense as they face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1 of the NFL season.

This season brings changes for the team, with the departure of Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins, along with Demarcus Robinson and Byron Pringle leaving in free agency.

Known for his remarkable career stats, fantasy football owners have been huge fans of star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the dynamic Chiefs’ offense.

Nevertheless, Mahomes is issuing a stern warning to all fantasy football owners. In an article by Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star, Mahomes shared that he will be spreading the ball around, relying on “a different guy every week.”

Mahomes explained, “The biggest thing is there’s going to be a different player every single game that has the big game. It’s not going to be just necessarily Tyreek and Travis [Kelce] every single week, where it’s like one or the other having a big game or both. Every single week, it’s going to be someone different.”

He added, “So I’m sorry to all you fantasy football guys. It’s going to come from everywhere, so you’re going to have to kind of choose the right guy every week.”

To fill the void left by Tyreek Hill, the Chiefs brought in free agents JuJu Smith-Schuster, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Justin Watson, and also drafted Skyy Moore from Western Michigan in the second round.

During the preseason, Mahomes completed 18 passes to 10 different receivers, indicating a diversified passing game strategy for the upcoming season.
