Chuck Liddell, a 51-year-old UFC hall of famer, was arrested early Monday and taken to a Los Angeles-area jail on a misdemeanor charge related to domestic violence.
The arrest of Chuck Liddell was reported by TMZ. Police were called to Liddell’s home where they found that the victim involved in an alleged physical altercation was Liddell’s wife. As per the TMZ report, Northcott, Liddell’s wife, did not require medical attention.
“TMZ Sports has learned the L.A. Sherriff’s Department received a call about a fight at a Liddell’s San Fernando Valley home.
When cops arrived, they investigated … and determined the 51-year-old former fighter was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical. We’re told the alleged victim is Liddell’s wife. She did not require medical attention.
Chuck was taken to jail … where bail was set at $20,000. He’s listed at 6’2″ and 240 pounds on his booking sheet.”

Chuck Liddell’s last professional fight was in 2018 against Tito Ortiz, which Ortiz won with a first-round knockout under Oscar De La Hoya’s Golden Boy Promotions banner.
In 2009, Liddell was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame’s Pioneer Wing.
