Dana White has strongly criticized Triller Fight Club and recently expressed his disapproval of the fight promotion, its content, and those who are ‘foolish enough’ to spend money to watch their matches.

The UFC president spoke to the media after Dana White’s Contender Series and was questioned about a recent Triller fight card featuring former UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort facing Evander Holyfield in an exhibition boxing match as the main event. Also on the card was an exhibition fight between former UFC middleweight fighter Anderson Silva and former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz.

“Let me make this clear. Anyone who is foolish enough to pay and tune in to watch these fights – Anderson Silva fought Tito Ortiz, fought Tito Ortiz. Tito Ortiz should not be boxing anyone. And Tito is in his 40s. Evander Holyfield is nearing 60, and he is fighting. My opinion on this? It’s ridiculous. It’s all just ridiculous,” White expressed.

“There will always be some people foolish enough to purchase and watch these fights,” White continued. “Tito cannot box. Tito is a terrible boxer. That’s why I said I would box him. Have you ever heard me saying I’d fight any other UFC guy? No, and I never will. Ten years ago I wouldn’t have, but now I would face Tito any day.”

The conversation shifted to Jake Paul, and White confirmed that he would never challenge Silva to a match.

“It will be interesting to see his next move,” White remarked. “I can assure you this, you will not see Jake Paul challenging Anderson Silva. I guarantee it. Silva is his size, and he is genuinely skilled. He may be older, which suits Jake Paul’s preferences, as he enjoys fighting older, smaller, and completely past their prime opponents.”
