Despite any doubts about his late-career choices, Floyd Mayweather remains a top earner.

After the much-talked-about exhibition bout with YouTuber Logan Paul, Mayweather openly shared the substantial paycheck he received. Following his protege Gervonta Davis’ victory over Mario Barrios to secure the WBA super lightweight title, Mayweather was caught on camera bragging, “I’m the only one who can make 100 million from a fake fight.”

“I could earn 100 million even with legal sparring,” the boxing icon added.

He then humorously asked Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, “Am I the best bank robber? Because I don’t see anyone my age in sports who can make such big bucks like me.”

While there was no official winner declared in the Mayweather-Paul match, most spectators believed Mayweather had the upper hand. Mayweather’s last exhibition was against kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in 2018, solely for entertainment, and his last professional boxing bout was in 2017 against UFC star Conor McGregor.
