Preston North End’s player, Darnell Fisher, is facing scrutiny this week as a video has emerged showing him allegedly engaging in inappropriate conduct towards another player during a game.
Camera footage appears to capture Fisher touching Callum Paterson in the groin area not once but twice during Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship match.
Paterson seemed to attempt to get the attention of referee David Webb after the first incident, but Fisher repeated the behavior.
The Football Association (FA) is now investigating the matter after the incident where Fisher allegedly grabbed Paterson’s genitals twice in their 1-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday, as reported by Sky Sports.
