The player ingeniously showcased his injury by demonstrating his ability to spray water from the hole beneath his mouth, caught on camera.
On Instagram, user @castet_arthur shared, “Yes the hole is closed, I have some stitches. No, it’s not painful, I didn’t feel anything. It happened last Saturday, a cleat hit me.”
