Rosen, who was originally drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in 2018, had a tough start to his NFL career. After the Cardinals selected Kyler Murray as the first overall pick in the 2019 draft, Rosen was traded to the Dolphins. During his time in the league, Rosen has started 16 games with a record of 3-13 and has played in a total of 20 games.
The Buccaneers have decided to bring Rosen onto their practice squad for the upcoming season. This move comes after Rosen considered other teams that had openings on their active roster but ultimately chose Tampa Bay as the best fit.
