Despite his recent loss to Tyson Fury in Las Vegas, Otto Wallin is aiming high. Although he didn’t come out victorious against the Gypsy King, Wallin showed his mettle by lasting all 12 rounds.
Fury secured a points victory over the Swedish boxer. However, some believe the outcome could have been a draw. Wallin is keen on a rematch with Fury, but if that doesn’t materialize, he is open to the idea of stepping into the ring with Joshua in the UK.
Wallin’s promoter, Dmitriy Salita, believes Wallin would perform better in a rematch. “He is gearing up and has become familiar with Fury’s fighting style,” Salita mentioned.
Salita also hinted at discussions for a potential match between Joshua and Wallin in June next year. “We are considering the possibility of holding the fight in the UK at some point,” Salita added.
