Nearly ten years ago, Thomas made history as the oldest recipient of the Conn Smythe Trophy. His exceptional performance was instrumental in leading the Bruins to victory in 1972, a momentous achievement that remains etched in the annals of hockey history. Thomas was pleasantly surprised by the Bruins’ performance last season, which captivated his attention and compelled him to watch their games. Currently, Thomas’s daughter is interning with the Bruins.
