As per ESPN, the Cleveland Cavaliers have traded skilled shooter Kyle Korver to the Utah Jazz for guard Alec Burks and two future second-round draft picks.
This season, Korver has been struggling, averaging only 6.8 points in about 15 minutes per game.
The Jazz are optimistic that Korver can boost their 3-point shooting percentage, which currently stands at 31.8% – ranking them 29th in the NBA. This is a significant decline from last season’s 36.6% when they ranked 12th in the league.
Korver had his best 3-point shooting season with the Jazz back in 2009-10, making an impressive 53.6% of his shots.
