Hank Aaron upsets as strikeouts are increased in MLB

In the recent development, when former home run king Hank Aaron was asked about the increased strikeout around Major League Baseball (MLB) he replied that he is very upset from this developing. It is not the defence of the players who all are willing to sacrifice it consistent contact which is for added power numbers.

It was seen that the Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves who are the legends was there before the Game 3 of the World Series. They are there to present the prestigious award that was named in his honour. This award recognizes the best hitter in each of the league which is done by the votes that are given by fans and media. This year the award has won by J.D. Martinez who is of Bostin Red Sox as well as Christian Yelich of Milwaukee Brewers. Till now they both have combined a total of 79 home runs for this season and striking out stands at 281 times.

These numbers are seen to be the sign of times. MLB saw that the strikeout numbers are on the rising for the 11th straight season which is though he did not address Martinez as well as Yelich’s numbers directly. Aaron had got a succinct two-word response when they are asked about the league-wide strikeout which is on the rising.

This is said that it is not the surprising response from a hitter who always put the baseball in play. In his 23 year MLB career, he has got a record 755 home runs. In this career, it includes 15 seasons which is at least 30 home runs. It was seen that Aaron topped with 100 strikeouts. When it comes to the consistency, he has topped with 80 strikeouts which is for four times.
