Everton team manager Sam Allardyce praised the performance shown by his team during the second half of the game at Goodison Park against Swansea and winning the match by a 3-1 victory. Following this Allardyce is unsure whether the Everton team will need January transfer business as most of the injured players from the team shall be returning. However, the team is looking for a good striker as an add-on.
With Gylfi Sigurdsson, Wayne Rooney and Dominic Calvert-Lewin on target, the Toffees achieved victory in five games in the Premier League which included the 3-1 win against the Swansea team on a Monday evening. Just as the game was over, Allardyce commented that it was undecided on his part regarding the January transfer window as a lot of good players are about to return from injury which includes key players such as Leighton Baines, Ross Barkley and Yannick Bolasie. He further commented that the players out due to an injury on returning to the team would make a great addition to the overall squad. The players destined to come back hold an excellent experience in the Premier League which will prove to be an excellent addition to the upcoming games.
Another goal scorer would be a great addition to the team. Allardyce also praised Dominic for his performance in the season. As the injured players heal and join the team back, there would be no need for the team to do any more business regarding the need for new team members. The team has changed the game by rising from the 16th number in the club to a ninth which is just six points below Tottenham which ranks seventh in the chart by delivering 13 out of 15 points.
