Jordan Chiles’ “Heart Is Broken” After Having Olympic Medal Stripped

In a challenging turn of events, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles is moving forward from the controversy that resulted in her bronze medal being revoked at the 2024 Summer Games in Paris, although the emotional impact is still fresh.

The medal, originally awarded to her for the gymnastics floor routine, was transferred to Romanian gymnast Ana Barbosu following a ruling by the Court of Arbitration, which found that Jordan and her coach submitted a score inquiry beyond the one-minute limit.

Chiles indicated in March that her primary focus is on her mental health, all while her legal team battles the decision made by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) regarding her lost Olympic honor.

“I can tell you I’m doing way better than I was when it first happened,” Chiles shared during a morning show appearance. “I definitely can only do so much for myself is really focus on my mental and really knowing that I’ve been at UCLA and really competing with the team has really helped with that.”
