In the aftermath of the Eagles’ 22-10 victory against the Packers on Sunday, one Philadelphia fan was filmed aggressively confronting a female supporter of Green Bay, labeling her “an ugly dumb c***.”
Yikes: A #Eagles fan relentlessly harassed this #Packers supporter and his fiancée at last night’s game without provocation:
“She’s an ugly dumb c****.”
They simply wanted to enjoy the game.
There’s no place for this in sports.

This outburst was attributed to Ryan Caldwell, who works as a business analyst at BCTPartners. His employer became aware of the incident and subsequently terminated his employment.
The management consulting firm, which emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, characterized Caldwell’s behavior as “highly offensive and misogynistic,” releasing a public statement in response.
“We strongly condemn the actions of our former employee,” BCT Partners stated. “His conduct and language were vile, reprehensible, entirely unacceptable, and horrific. Such behavior has no place in our workplace or in society… This is not representative of who we are or what we stand for.”
The viral video was recorded by Alexander Basara, a content creator for the Packers, with his fiancée, Ally Keller, being the central figure who faced this verbal abuse.
What it’s like going to Philly just trying to root for your team…
Unprovoked, uncalled for. Packers twitter, help me out and find this guy…. this is not okay
I hate that my fiancé had this happen simply cheering for her team pic.twitter.com/aiHCKzxrSS

Caldwell later spoke to the New York Post regarding the unfortunate exchange he had with the Green Bay supporters.
“While I was at an NFL game last Sunday to cheer for my beloved Philadelphia Eagles, something happened that I sincerely regret,” Caldwell explained. “What began as playful banter with two Packers fans near me turned into something more serious, and I uttered unacceptable remarks. In the heat of the moment, I resorted to harsh language directed at one of the fans, Ms. Ally Keller.”
Despite Basara’s assertion that the outburst was “unprovoked,” Caldwell suggested otherwise.
“There are two sides to every story,” he stated. “The circulating video clip does not showcase the complete context of what occurred, and my actions weren’t without provocation.”
Nonetheless, he did extend an apology to Keller.
“I want to sincerely apologize to Ms. Keller for my words,” Caldwell remarked. “I also apologize to my wife, family, friends, former employer and colleagues, Packer fans, Eagle fans, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia community, and anyone who was offended.”
He added, “I will carry this experience with me, and I am certainly paying a personal price.”
Caldwell not only lost his job but was also banned from attending future games at Lincoln Financial Field by the Eagles organization.
