The former Salvadoran soccer player is making waves at Marin Soccer Camp, where he’s shaping young talent with a philosophy built on fun, discipline, and holistic development.

Néstor Alfaro has flipped the script. From dominating the pitch in El Salvador to coaching in the U.S., the former soccer pro is redefining youth development. Now, alongside Fabricio Alfaro, he leads the U-12 squad at Marin Soccer Camp, a program where kids aren’t just taught soccer, they’re molded into future champions.

“Youth soccer is where the spark ignites. This is where kids learn, dream, and start building their futures on and off the field,” Alfaro states with passion. His approach goes beyond tactics and skills: he’s shaping players with resilience, strong mentalities, and solid values.

“If they have fun, they learn. If they enjoy it, they grow.” That’s Alfaro’s mantra. His experience as a player and coach has taught him that success isn’t just about scoring goals, it’s about how soccer can change lives. “Soccer is a game, but it’s also a powerful tool to instill discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.”

Salvadoran pride in the U.S.! Néstor Alfaro is making a name for himself in American youth soccer not just for his tactical knowledge, but for his people-first philosophy. His mission? To fuel the next generation of soccer stars with passion, discipline, and values.
