Chicago Cubs pitcher Hayden Wesneski has left baseball fans in awe after his impressive spring performances. The 25-year-old right-hander is eager to prove himself as a starter for the Cubs in the upcoming season, and he may have just convinced his manager that he should be.

Wesneski was drafted by the New York Yankees in 2019 before being traded to the Cubs last August. He made his MLB debut in September, pitching five scoreless innings with eight strikeouts.
