T.J. Ward, a former NFL safety, voiced concerns about the coaching standards in the National Football League, highlighting a critical issue that often goes unnoticed amidst the focus on players.

Taking to Twitter, Ward stated that while players are frequently criticized, inadequate attention is paid to the poor coaching prevalent in the league. He emphasized the need to address the coaching quality, which he described as “TERRIBLE!!!”

In another tweet, Ward questioned the proliferation of self-proclaimed coaching gurus and advocated for a return to focusing on essential elements such as fundamentals and technique.

One prominent figure under scrutiny for his coaching performance is Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett, with suggestions circulating that he may face dismissal due to subpar outcomes early in the season.

Ward, a former player for the Cleveland Browns and Denver Broncos, had a successful career that included winning Super Bowl 50 with the Broncos. He was recognized for his skills with two Pro Bowl selections and an All-Pro accolade. After a stint with the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad, Ward eventually retired from professional football.
