Ronda Rousey, a former UFC fighter turned WWE superstar, shared her thoughts on the differing attitudes of fans in the two sports. According to Rousey, WWE fans show more appreciation for the wrestlers compared to UFC fans and tend to have more respect for veterans and legends of the sport.

She highlighted that UFC fans tend to quickly turn on fighters who are no longer at the top of their game, whereas WWE fans continue to support and celebrate wrestlers even years after their prime. Rousey pointed out that UFC fans sometimes lack respect for the fighters who helped pioneer the sport, such as Forrest Griffin, Anderson Silva, and Georges St-Pierre.

Despite her observations, Rousey acknowledged that there are exceptions and that not all UFC fans exhibit this behavior. As someone who has excelled in both mixed martial arts and professional wrestling, Rousey emphasized the importance of recognizing and honoring the contributions of past legends in both sports.

Rousey, known for her groundbreaking achievements in both MMA and WWE, is gearing up to challenge Liv Morgan for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship at WWE Extreme Rules in an Extreme Rules match. The former UFC Hall of Famer continues to make waves in the world of sports entertainment.
