During baseball games, we often witness adults intruding on the field, with security trying to apprehend them and remove them from the game. However, in an unusual turn of events on Wednesday night, the youngest person ever disrupted gameplay.
A child who appeared to be around 10 or 12 years old climbed over the center field wall at Guaranteed Rate Field and gleefully engaged with the crowd, energizing the spectators.
Surprisingly, security didn’t pursue the child as he voluntarily walked towards them. One of the security personnel gently held his arm as they led him away. The fans expressed their support and gratitude for the young intruder.
The Astros emerged victoriously from the game with a score of 3-2.
