Tom Brady makes a comeback as Bruce Arians makes his exit.
According to Peter King and Sam Farmer, Buccaneers Head Coach Bruce Arians is stepping away from coaching to assume a front-office position with the team.
The announcement also revealed that defensive coordinator Todd Bowles has been selected to take over as the new head coach.
Arians, aged 69, had previously retired after the 2017 season and took a year off in 2018 before returning as the head coach of the Buccaneers in 2019.
During his three-year tenure, Arians led the team to a 31-18 record, including two playoff appearances and a Super Bowl victory.
