Brittany Matthews wasted no time in responding to critics of her husband and seized the opportunity on Sunday.

After the Chiefs’ impressive 41-14 victory against the Raiders on Sunday night, Mahomes’ fiancée took to Twitter to address those who have been skeptical of Kansas City’s performance this season.

Matthews tweeted, “Calling Patrick broken is uninformed. Describing the Chiefs’ offense as dull is laughable.”

Matthews also responded to previous comments made by Ryan Clark on ESPN’s “Get Up,” where he mentioned that Mahomes “is broken” and that “he’s still the same as before, but that’s not good enough anymore.”

“#weird,” tweeted Matthews along with a series of face emojis.

The Chiefs’ dominant 41-14 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday night propelled the team back to the top of the AFC West and reignited talks about their playoff chances.

Mahomes ended the game with an impressive performance going 35-for-50 with 406 passing yards and five touchdown passes. He also made history by becoming the first NFL quarterback to achieve a stat line of 400 yards, five touchdowns, and no interceptions.
