I’ve trained extensively for various purposes – from sports in college to competing in NPC & IFBB, participating in Spartan races, and even for the joy of it and postpartum recovery after having a baby. I’ve experienced diverse results, appearances, and body transformations. At 10 months postpartum, my focus when I resumed training around 7-8 months ago was on healing, strength, and overall well-being through enjoyable workouts. Starting postpartum felt like a completely new journey, and it was essential to proceed at my own pace without pressure or strict diets. With limited time due to work and childcare, I manage about 30-60 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week, tailoring my workouts for maximum efficiency.
